Shipping Policy

We ship all items with "standard" shipping. We have a preset shipping cost based on item weight. Products will be mailed out only 1-2 days per week. Please give us some grace as we package all orders personally out of our home. Tracking information will be provided once item is shipped.

Return &

Exchange Policy

Please look at your order upon arrival to report any damages or incorrect items so we can make it right. We ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your items. If you wish to make a return we can offer a full refund or item exchange. Please note, we do not accept returns if product was a clearance or sale item. Customers are responsible for shipping cost to return, unless specifically stated by owner.

To make a return:

Items must not be damaged or show any signs of wear
You must have proof of purchase
Send back to company address

Confirmation email will be sent when items are received. Please allow 3-5 business days to process return.
